At the end of 2022, we saw a chance to change our restaurant for the better. We wanted to create something fresh and exciting, so we started working on a new dining concept. While conducting a deep research, we discovered the interesting world of smoked meats. This inspired us to create a unique menu focused on slowcooked, smoked meat dishes. When we launched this new idea, our loyal customers loved the new flavors and techniques, and they shared their thoughts and suggestions with us.
